Function / Content

This series contains registers of vehicle offence apprehensions. The contents, titling and layout of the registers varies slightly. One of the registers (marked A2947) records the name of the officer, the offender's full name and address, the time and date of offence, the place of offence, the offence and a note stating summons issued or arrest made. This register is organised chronologically. The other registers in this series are organised alphabetically and record name, offence, officer and date only.
